Write to me. I answer.
No ticket number, no automated reply telling you how important your enquiry is. A text or a WhatsApp is the easiest way to reach me, and the form and email land in the same place. The reply comes from me, usually the same day. Call if you would rather, but a message will always get a quicker answer.

What to put in it
A paragraph is enough. The things that actually help me answer you properly:
- What you are trying to do — the problem, not your solution to it
- Who would be using it, and roughly how many of them
- What it would have to talk to — anything you already have running
- When you need it, and whether that date is real
If it is a keepsake, tell me the occasion and the date instead. Anything I am asked to build is paid work, so a rough budget saves us both a conversation.
